Flying into New Orleans is easy, most cities connect to it so try flying into different cities from the UK to keep the prices down.
Flights from the UK cost around 450 pounds at that time but there are always good deals if you keep you eye out.
Other options to flying:
Train - Amtrack costs $160 round trip from Chicago. Let us know if you are thinking of doing this and we can let you know who else is going.
Cabs:
28.00 from the airport to the CBD for one or two people and $12.00 per person for three or more passengers. Pickup is on the lower level, outside of the baggage claim.
Airport Shuttle Service:
$13.00 per person for a one-way ticket from the airport to the CBD, $26.00 per person, round-trip, or $24.00 per person, round-trip for two or more people when purchased at the airport. Airport Shuttle also provides a limousine service by reservation (limited availability). A stretch limo is $90.00 and can accommodate six people.
